Jeffrey Klein is Turnberry Isle Miami’s new Vice President and Managing Director. According to Turnberry Associates’ leaders, Jeffrey and Jackie Soffer, in this new expanded role, Klein will be responsible for managing all aspects of the 300-acre world-class resort.
The resort’s operations include two championship golf courses, the award-winning Spa & Fitness Center, on-property meetings and conventions, and food and beverage operations – led by celebrity chef restaurants Corsair by Scott Conant and Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina.
Klein will work closely with the resort’s senior executive team to oversee day-to-day operations and drive the property’s continued growth, supporting Turnberry’s long-term goals.
Prior to joining Turnberry Isle Miami, Klein was part of the executive team that re-launched the renowned Fontainebleau Miami Beach, another resort owned and managed by Jeffrey and Jackie Soffer’s Turnberry Associates. Klein played an integral role in developing the hotel’s multi-million dollar food and beverage operation, which includes several prominent restaurants such as Scarpetta and Hakkasan, and building a team of more than 1,200 employees.
Before Fontainebleau, he spent seven years with Loews Hotels, holding vital leadership roles such as Director of Food and Beverage, Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager and Director of Guest Services.
