Hilton Nashville Downtown Phase I Renovations Complete

In May 2014, Turnberry Associates completed Phase I of a $28 million dollar renovation to its Hilton Nashville Downtown, the only all-suite, full-service hotel in downtown Nashville. Turnberry Associates is led by Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Soffer http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20722965,00.html who is also tied to model, Elle Macpherson.

The transformation included chic, modern upgrades to all 330 guest suites, 17,800 square feet of meeting space and an expanded fitness center as well as the introduction of a sophisticated executive lounge.

The hotel’s new contemporary design scheme features rich finishes, exotic woods and sleek metals inspired by the intricate details of the guitar, while polished marble and granite finishes lend luxurious touches. All 330 guest suites now include custom furnishings and artwork along with a modern color palette of steely grey and dark woods accented by bright pops of coral. Each guest suite’s private parlor features a centerpiece sectional sofa, custom entertainment center wall with 46” flat screen high definition TV and a contemporary workstation.

Bathroom upgrades include granite accents, Peter Thomas Roth http://www.peterthomasroth.com/ bath amenities and glass-enclosed walk-in showers for king guest suites. A new executive lounge located off the lobby stretches across 2,024 square feet and features sophisticated, inviting spaces for work and leisure. Highlighted by soothing earth tones, rich woods and warm stone along with touches of periwinkle, the space includes window walls, a sleek centerpiece fireplace and a private meeting room to make it an ideal place to relax, socialize or take care of business. The expansive food and beverage service includes hors d’oeuvres served tapas style and an international wine list.

Additional renovations include enhancements to the grand ballroom and meeting rooms. Touches of subtle elegance including crystal lighting fixtures, rich wall coverings in warm hues and a statement mirror enhance the ambiance of the grand ballroom while making it functional for a variety of events. The updated meeting rooms now also feature warm tones punctuated by modern lighting fixtures, making these rooms inviting and versatile for any type of professional gathering. The Phase I completion also includes a newly renovated fitness center that has doubled in size and offers the latest fitness equipment in a modern space with large windows that provide natural light while maintaining privacy.
