Neuf Cegetel a annoncé officiellement lundi être en négociation exclusive avec l’opérateur allemand Deutsche Telekom en vue du rachat de sa filiale française, qui commercialise ses services sous la marque Club Internet.Le prix de la transaction n’a pas été précisé mais pourrait s’élever entre 430 et 460 millions d’euros, selon le quotidien Les Echos. La transaction devrait être finalisée d’ici à la fin du premier semestre 2007.
Actuellement avec près de 2,1 millions de clients, Neuf Cegetel pourrait prendre une sérieuse longueur d’avance avec les 570 000 clients de Club Internet, ce qui le placerait devant Free avec ses 2,2 millions de clients.

There was no problem with the line with Orange – so why cannot Neuf supply it. They have taken 2 months money by direct debit for nothing.
